All of my weekly groups are drop-in and donation/pay-what-you-can. They are safe spaces for all gender, romantic, sexual, and personal identities and expressions.
Emotional Mindfulness Meditation Group – Mondays, 7-8pm via Zoom (contact me for the link)
This is a weekly group that meets on Mondays. The intention of the group is to allow people to get to know their emotions, release old pain and resentments, get in touch with their intuition, release unwanted patterns, and utilize the power of their emotional resources.
Each meeting starts with a check-in, followed by a guided physical and emotional body-awareness meditation. I am a firm believer in the collective unconscious, and unspoken reasons that certain people step into the same room at the same time – even if that room is virtual. The intentions will depend on what has been brought up during check-in.There is always a collective reason that certain people gather together. The reason comes out when we share with each other what is going on in our lives and hearts. I find the commonality and instantly design the class to accommodate and assist in discovery in relation to what is needed by the people who have gathered. The meeting will end with another check-in and grounding, centering, and shielding to prepare us to walk out the (virtual) door feeling safe.
